CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM
Consumers (for definition see section 1 of the General Terms and Conditions) have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:

A. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andrea Hennij, Annabel's Second Style & Co., Hauptstr. 15, 51588 Nümbrecht, Germany, Tel.: 02293-909672, Email: andrea.henny@gmx.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

If you are registered for the "eBay Plus" program, eBay offers the following service: eBay provides you – without prejudice to your statutory rights – with a free return label for the return of certain Hermes parcels. For items to be returned under the right of withdrawal, a digital Hermes return label can be downloaded in "My eBay" when initiating a return. Once printed, this label can be used to return a Hermes parcel free of charge within Germany. Exclusions apply for certain shipments, particularly with regard to weight and dimensions. 1) Information about the collection of personal data and contact details of the controller
1.1 Below we inform you about how we handle your personal data when you use our eBay website. Personal data refers to all data that can be used to personally identify you.

When you contact us, personal data may be collected, which we store and use in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR solely because of our legitimate interest in responding to your request. For contract-related inquiries, the additional legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

3) Use of your data for direct marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter as a registered eBay member, you consent to the use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. By subscribing to the newsletter, you automatically add us as a "saved seller" in your "My eBay" settings. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by deleting us as a saved seller in your "My eBay" settings. Your email address will then be immediately deleted from the newsletter distribution list, unless we are legally permitted to use your data further in individual cases.

4) Data processing for order processing
4.1 To the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods, we will pass on your personal data to the transport company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

If we owe you updates for goods with digital elements or for digital products based on a corresponding contract, we will process the contact information you provided when placing your order (name, address, email address) in order to inform you personally about upcoming updates within the legally stipulated period via a suitable communication channel (e.g., by post or email) within the scope of our statutory information obligations pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Your contact information will be used strictly for the purpose of notifying you of updates owed by us and will only be processed by us to the extent necessary for the respective information.

Below we will explicitly inform you about the processing of your data by the payment service provider(s) you can select on eBay.

4.2 When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, or – if offered – "purchase on account" or "installment payment" via PayPal, your payment data will be transferred to PayPal (Europe) Sarl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing. This transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and only to the extent necessary for payment processing.

4.3 By means of "Payment processing by eBay," we will initially pass on your payment data - where necessary - in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to eBay S.à.rl, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L2449 Luxembourg ("eBay"). For payments via direct debit or credit card, eBay will process your payment itself. For payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Klarna Sofortüberweisung (Sofort), eBay will transmit your required payment data to the selected payment service provider to process the payment in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
